With more than 17 years of experience across the Manufacturing, Engineering, Services, and Financial Services sectors, Alleyzandt brings deep, practical expertise to HR governance, employee engagement, and the complex people challenges facing organisations.
Her generalist background in senior leadership spans multi-site operations, where she has focused on labour relations, transformation, and operational HR implementation within both corporate and industrial environments. She is a firm believer that when HR functions as a true strategic partner, business performance accelerates, engagement levels rise, and workplace culture thrives.
